Auction Policy

Due to the nature of our business Liberte Galleria does not accept returns of any purchases or items won by our auctions. All auction sales are therefore final. 

 

Website Policy

We here at Liberte Galleria want you to be satisfied with your purchase(s) and we strive to provide you will the best quality products at the best possible prices!

Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return the merchandise* within (7) days for a full refund of the item’s price*. Only graded, appraised and certified Items matching the original items description in their original form, setting, slab and or case undamaged or in a condition otherwise than originally purchased will be accepted as a return.

Loose, ungraded or uncertified items are non-returnable unless the items has been found to be counterfeit, non-genuine by a licensed professional service provider in doing so or otherwise deemed not what was ordered within 30 days of purchase and undamaged, tampered, or in a condition otherwise than originally purchased. Liberte Galleria is not responsible for items graded or certified by third party services and their representative. Liberte Galleria and its employees and agents are non-certified professionals, and their grading of items is merely speculative and as such cannot be held liable for any issue to the condition or genuine, grade or condition status of any item purchased and as such please use your own judgment to condition and grade of any item and feel free to contact us for additional information and photo's as needed.

To assure your refund is processed promptly, please contact us to request a confirmation return number (RMA Number) prior to sending the merchandise back.

  • Items cancelled by the purchaser due to market changes do not qualify for full refunds. These items will incur a 20% cancellation fee. All returned items done so by way of not wanting or by change of circumstance of the buyer will incur a 10% restocking fee.

  • A 20% cancellation fee (with a minimum $20 cancellation fee) will be incurred for all cancellations after order has processed.

  • *Shipping charges are only refunded if the item shipped was not what you ordered.

  • No returns or exchanges on Liberte Galleria bullion items. Contact Customer Service for further details.

  • Market driven bullion prices are locked in at time of purchase.

  • We reserve the right to adjust/cancel orders due to pricing errors.

  • If there is an issue with a credit card payment and the customer cannot be reached within 48 hours to rectify the problem, the order will be cancelled.
